Daliworks Showcases PRIME Service at the AIoT International Exhibition
The 2023 AIoT International Exhibition was held with great success at COEX in Seoul for three days, from October 11 to 13. The exhibition is designed to continuously drive innovation in intelligent IoT (AIoT), raise public awareness, and explore directions for technology and industry growth together with industry, academia, and research institutes.
The Internet of Things (IoT) has recently evolved into AIoT — IoT fused with artificial intelligence — and is drawing attention as a core technology that goes beyond simple connectivity to drive digital innovation across industry, the economy, and society. Its convergence with everyday spaces such as homes and workplaces is progressing rapidly, making daily life more convenient.
Korea’s Only Exhibition Dedicated to Intelligent IoT

Now in its 10th year, the AIoT International Exhibition ran under this year’s theme, “AIoT, Connecting Everyday Life and Digital!” Alongside the exhibition itself, it featured a rich program including conferences and showcases. This year in particular highlighted AIoT convergence cases in everyday areas that people can readily relate to, presenting smart home products from Samsung Electronics and LG Electronics alongside industrial AIoT use cases.
Held in Hall D on the third floor of COEX, the international exhibition brought together 160 Korean and international companies presenting AIoT-powered services and products across residential spaces, mobility, energy, manufacturing, logistics, and more. On display and in live demonstrations were AIoT intelligent services and solutions for major industries, IoT devices such as chips, modules, and sensors, IoT platforms, and wired and wireless communication technologies and network equipment.

Meanwhile, the conference held alongside the exhibition featured a total of 28 presentations across 5 tracks and 8 sessions under the theme “AIoT Technology Trends and Growth Strategies: The Key to Digital Transformation.” Topics included IoT business opportunities in the era of hyperscale AI, government AIoT promotion policies, and an introduction to Matter, the global smart home interoperability standard. Sessions also covered technology trends, AIoT application cases, and AIoT security. The AIoT Disaster Safety Showcase displayed AIoT-based products and solutions for disaster and safety applications, such as crowd safety management and safety management for aging and disaster-vulnerable facilities. Business partnership consultations were also held on site.
A Tour of the Daliworks Booth
In 2023, Daliworks joined the AIoT International Exhibition as well. Returning after a long break, we prepared our booth with high ambitions. The booth design put our brand, Thingplus, front and center, and we introduced the Thingplus AIoT platform along with the industry-specific services built on it. Decorated in yellow, the Thingplus theme color, the booth stood out even from a distance. We presented the Thingplus AIoT platform, the PRIME service for equipment operation monitoring, and our collaborative robot remote control and monitoring service, a form of asset management. With support from our customer Neuromeka, which uses the collaborative robot remote control and monitoring service, we exhibited a collaborative robot as well.

We also exhibited hardware from several of Daliworks’ many IoT services, showing the sensors and gateways used in our cold chain monitoring, environmental monitoring, and visitor monitoring services. For the PRIME service (equipment operation monitoring service), newly launched this year to a strong market response, we prepared a demo box to show what an actual factory deployment looks like.
The PRIME Service Launch
At the AIoT International Exhibition, Daliworks introduced its newly launched PRIME service (equipment operation monitoring service). The PRIME service is a cloud monitoring solution for efficient equipment operations and energy management that uses power sensors to collect and store the various data generated while equipment is running, and provides real-time monitoring that visualizes equipment information based on the collected data.

The PRIME service collects and accumulates equipment data and integrates and links that information in real time, helping companies boost productivity and cut costs through optimized equipment operations and maximizing the value they create.

The AI motor diagnostics service is a proactive equipment diagnostics service that analyzes a motor’s electrical signals to diagnose faults and predict motor condition. It monitors motor anomalies in real time and catches early defects, securing a stable production environment and minimizing downtime. It grows even more effective over time: as the factory keeps operating, AI training data and analysis cases accumulate, improving prediction accuracy.

Energy Monitoring Service
Managing energy consumption efficiently starts with monitoring how energy is used. The Thingplus energy monitoring service collects data on energy consumption, usage patterns, and performance in buildings or production sites and provides real-time monitoring and analytics. Users can track their energy usage history and develop optimized building energy management plans.

Collaborative Robot Remote Control and Monitoring Service
The collaborative robot remote management service streamlines robot management through monitoring and remote access, minimizing on-site customer service visits. With the service, you can connect anytime, anywhere over the internet to view a collaborative robot’s real-time status, operation data, and event logs for abnormal situations. For every collision detection and emergency stop that occurs during operation, it saves event log files and video from the moment of the incident, helping robot managers identify root causes and enabling engineers to provide remote CS support.

Many of the visitors who came to the Thingplus booth at the AIoT International Exhibition were looking for partners for digital transformation collaboration.
