On the afternoon of May 31, at the main auditorium of Naver Partners Square in Yeoksam-dong, Gangnam, Seoul, Daliworks’ Thing+ was the only IoT solution provider invited to present at the cloud platform-based Healthcare Day hosted by Naver Business Platform (NBP).

NBP is driving the cloud transition of medical and hospital solutions in Korea, one of the country’s key vertical industries.

To build an ecosystem on the cloud platform it develops and operates, NBP is collaborating with a wide range of partners, from AI service providers to analytics companies, networking service providers, and database service companies.
NBP’s ultimate strategic goal is to keep customer information secure, enable cost-efficient data analysis through big data/AI, and deliver all of this on a stable computing infrastructure.

Recognizing how important IoT is to achieving that goal, NBP invited Daliworks’ Thing+, a cloud-based IoT platform provider, as a partner and gave it the opportunity to present at this Healthcare Day.

Daliworks Director Taehyun Kim introduced Thing+’s healthcare solution services to the many hospital and medical industry professionals attending the event.

Drawing on past use cases, he explained Thing+’s IoT services, which primarily monitor hospital facilities and patient-related environments as well as patient health status and behavior, and, based on the collected data, deliver information analysis for hospital facility management and patient response, all the way through to control delivery.
