2023 Japan IT Week Autumn: Exhibition Recap<\/span><\/h2>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Daliworks, an AIoT platform company, took part in 2023 Japan IT Week Autumn, Japan’s largest information technology exhibition, held for three days from October 25 to 27 in Chiba, Japan. Japan IT Week is a large-scale IT expo held five times a year in Japan. Leading Japanese IT companies and experts gather to present a wide range of solutions and services related to cloud, information security, IoT, the metaverse, and more, and to share the latest IT issues and insights.<\/span><\/p>\n

Following the launch of its Digital Agency in 2021, the Japanese government has been driving digital transformation across the public sector and society at large, with the recent goal of building a “Digital Garden City Nation.” As Korean IT companies move into the Japanese market, Daliworks plans to get ahead in Japan’s digital transformation market on the strength of the references and proven technology it has built up in Korea and abroad over the past decade.<\/p>\n

Japan’s Largest IT Exhibition<\/h2>\n

​<\/span>Daliworks participated in online and offline overseas roadshows through a NIPA program. It was especially valuable to meet in person with buyers we had spoken with in online pre-consultations and continue those business discussions on site. We also delivered an IR pitch together with other companies in the Korea Pavilion, drawing strong interest from Japanese buyers. Over the course of the event, we held around 100 on-site meetings with leading Japanese companies and venture capital firms, including KYOCERA, Mazda Motor Corporation, and MITSUBISHI HEAVY INDUSTRIES.<\/p>\n

2023 Japan IT Week Autumn is organized into 12 independent exhibition halls, each dedicated to an IT field. Daliworks joined the Korea Pavilion in the IoT Solutions Expo hall alongside other promising companies.<\/p>\n

Led by the <\/span>PRIME service<\/span> newly launched this year, we demonstrated and promoted the <\/span>AI motor diagnostics service<\/span>, <\/span>EMS service<\/span>, <\/span>collaborative robot remote control and monitoring service<\/span>, <\/span>smart farm service<\/span>, and more.<\/span>\"\"<\/span><\/p>\n

Many visitors stopped by the Daliworks booth. The PRIME service, which makes equipment operation monitoring quick and simple with nothing more than a power sensor installation, was very well received. Visitors also praised the AI motor diagnostics service for predictive maintenance, noting that such technology is hard to find in Japan. We received many inquiries about the EMS service for energy monitoring and management as well.<\/p>\n

The Japanese buyers who visited our booth \u2014 including those who had inquired ahead of time \u2014 were looking for partners for digital transformation collaboration. Beyond the services Daliworks already develops and sells, there were also many inquiries about developing new services. They responded positively to the fact that we plan, design, develop, operate, support, and maintain the services customers want, tailored to their requirements, at a reasonable cost.<\/p>\n

We also held an IR pitch session. We introduced the Thingplus AIoT platform and the PRIME service for factory equipment operation monitoring and energy management, and presented approaches to advancing DX at small and mid-sized Japanese companies. Among Daliworks’ strengths, we highlighted our experience delivering services overseas, including in Japan, and our broad portfolio of IoT service references. In particular, we emphasized that the newly launched PRIME service lets companies start a smart factory at a reasonable cost \u2014 making it well suited to digital transformation for small and mid-sized businesses \u2014 and that the Thingplus platform makes it easy to keep expanding manufacturing solutions over time.<\/p>\n

Looking Back on the Exhibition<\/h2>\n

The exhibition gave us a chance to raise awareness of Daliworks and Thingplus in the Japanese market and glimpse new business opportunities. We saw firsthand Japan’s enthusiasm for digital transformation and its demand for IoT adoption, and confirmed that a wide range of business opportunities exist. Backed by our technology and service competitiveness, we are now planning a full-scale entry into the Japanese market.<\/p>\n

Through the exhibition, we met companies looking to start business in Japan together with Daliworks. Including the online consultation sessions, we held meetings with more than 50 local companies, and we are continuing those conversations and exploring collaboration.
